At NUTSY STYLE, every press-on nail set is carefully handmade and quality-checked before shipping. Please read our policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails and because many of our products are handmade or custom-prepared, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Personal preference
• Products that have been opened or used

Please ensure you select the correct nail size before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if:

• You receive the wrong item.
• Your order arrives significantly damaged during shipping.
• Your order is missing items.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief explanation of the issue

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, we will gladly provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

Once production or packaging has begun, cancellations are no longer possible because each order is prepared specifically for the customer.
